MINIMUM PURCHASE:
Minimum purchase must be $30 of product. This can be made up of any combination of our products. Freight is additional. PAYMENTS:
Payments are made off-line, this means your credit card will not be charged until products are ready to dispatch. DELIVERY:
Due to the nature of our products, climatic and third party delivery conditions can impact on the condition of your order once it leaves our factory. Whilst we will take precautions to ensure your order arrives in the condition it has left our factory, please be aware that we take no responsibility for its arrival condition. Precautions we do take are as follows:
- Please allow 10 days for delivery of goods. - In cases of extreme heat, delivery may be delayed at our discretion to ensure products are delivered the in best possible condition.
- During summer cooling and insulating products will be used to help maintain optimal temperature conditions.
- For orders over 5kg, a representative will contact you regarding delivery costs. INTERNATIONAL:
New Zealand, North America and the United Kingdom are our only delivery points. |
